 Boat Dock
We have currently
installed one of two boat docks for our owners to park their boats
while staying at Mountain Brook. The dock is conveniently located
next to the boat launch and the pavilion.

Boat Launch
Our private boat launch designed for
the owners of Mountain Brook offers a convenient and easy place
to launch your boat. The boat launch was designed to be functional
during the summer months when the water level is up and also during
the winter months when the water level is down.

Pavillion
Our covered pavilion is located near
the shoreline offering a gorgeous view of the lake. Grilling facilities,
picnic tables, and a fire pit make this the perfect place for family
and friends. The boat dock is located a short walk from the pavilion
which makes it the perfect place to stop for lunch after a fun
day of boating on the lake.

Boat Storage
One of the unique designs of Mountain Brook is the designated onsite
boat storage area for our owners. The developers of Mountain Brook
realized the convenience onsite boat storage offers its residents,
so they designed this community with land set aside for the Homeowners
Association to create its own boat storage facility. See our ‘Lots
